Our Curriculum

NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY (NEP)

which is student friendly and child centric and gives multiple options for exposure of student’s talents.

LANGUAGE 1-ENGLISH

The syllabus including both language structure and function, emphasizing all the four skills LSRW (listening, speaking, reading and writing) of language with accuracy and make the child globalized.

LANGUAGE 2-KANNADA

The lessons are taken from ancient as well as modern literature includes great epics and works which introduces the cultural richness among students and develop communicative skills and civic sense.

LANGUAGE 3-HINDI

The chapters consist of more exercises in grammar, puzzles, riddles and jokes to make the learning a fun filled one and enable the child to grow to national levels.

CORE SUBJECT 1-MATHEMATICS

It provides solution to confusing theorems, complicated formulae, critical problems etc.through this syllabus students learn to enjoy mathematics.

CORE SUBJECT 2-GENERAL SCIENCE

It gives primary importance to acquiring knowledge, understanding and application abilities about different aspects of Physics; Chemistry and Biology. The syllabus enables the students to appreciate the integrities of science at atomic and molecular levels.

CORE SUBJECT 3-SOCIAL SCIENCE

Providing the students with adequate knowledge for understanding and appreciating themselves and others. Compassionate empathy towards the human struggle at person hood. Enables the students to analyse the economic changes sweeping through the country assess the business environment. It develops a sense of unity among them by understanding the cultural diversity. Prepares the students to become familiar with various forms of business ownership. They draw statements and analyse the importance of cash and credit transactions.


PART -B SUBJECTS


1) PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Physical education helps in developing student’s competence and confidence. It helps them to take part in a wide range of physical activities that are crucial to their lives both in and out of school.

2) ARTS AND CULTURAL EDUCATION

These activities are designed to meet the needs of the students and cover a wide range of their abilities and talents. They enhance the learning experience of the students and help in recognizing and developing their inner skills such as leadership qualities, creative or innovative skills etc.

3) WORK AND COMPUTER EDUCATION

These activities help the students in developing richer learning experiences by giving them chance to think in new ways to solve a problem or answer a question. The knowledge gained here can be applied practically in their lives.

4) VALUE EDUCATION AND LIFE SKILLS

This kind of activities prepares students practically for their future. Make the child to inculcate values in his/her life and make the child broadminded and capable to balance the emotion and teacher well behaviour.

5) HEALTH EDUCATION

Health Education builds students knowledge skills and positive attitudes about health. It teaches about physical, mental and social health. It motivates students to improve and maintain their health, prevent disease and reduce risky behaviour. It also guides the healthy food habits and importance of physical exercise.
